Position Overview

As an Integrations Department Manager, you’ll be overseeing the seamless integration, ensuring that systems work harmoniously to meet our clients’ needs. You’ll lead a skilled and smart team and play a critical role in delivering high-quality solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of 10 talented people (project managers, frontend and backend developers, solution architects), providing guidance and support to ensure project success.
• Project Management: Plan, execute, and manage complex system integration projects from inception to completion. Define project goals, timelines, and deliverables, and ensure that projects are executed on time and within budget.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, to ensure smooth integration.
• Client Communication: Act as a liaison between our clients and the System Integration Department, ensuring that client expectations are met and addressing any concerns or issues proactively.
• Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the department, seeking to optimize processes, reduce integration time, and enhance system reliability.
