Position Overview
As an Integrations Department Manager, you’ll be overseeing the seamless integration, ensuring that systems work harmoniously to meet our clients’ needs. You’ll lead a skilled and smart team and play a critical role in delivering high-quality solutions to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of 10 talented people (project managers, frontend and backend developers, solution architects), providing guidance and support to ensure project success.
- Project Management: Plan, execute, and manage complex system integration projects from inception to completion. Define project goals, timelines, and deliverables, and ensure that projects are executed on time and within budget.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, to ensure smooth integration.
- Client Communication: Act as a liaison between our clients and the System Integration Department, ensuring that client expectations are met and addressing any concerns or issues proactively.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the department, seeking to optimize processes, reduce integration time, and enhance system reliability.

Job Requirements
- Preferably technical background – in the field of data, CRM, or system integration or interest in IT
- Proven track record in project management
- Experience with leading a team, developing people
- Great communication skills in English

- Fast learning
- Strong logical and analytical thinking
