
Recognizing Excellence: Bensons for Beds’s Remarkable CRM Achievement in 360º CRM Data Integration
As we step into 2025, we’re proud to reflect on the incredible achievements of our clients in 2024. In 2024, we wanted to recognize the best practice of the Benson for Beds team for 360º CRM Data Integration with the CRM Medal of Excellence. Every year and over the years we observe CRM best practices structured in our Voxwise CRM Power Scoring framework. When we see excellent best practices, we want to recognize them.
CRM Power Score as a scoring framework
Over the years, we have developed a framework and scoring service that classifies CRM best practices into 15 CRM in-depth scores in 5 main pillars, which sum up to one overall score. We constantly benchmark clients’ practices with our powerful CRM best practices library on a scale of 1 to 10. Almost no clients score 10 in any of the 15 CRM in-depth scores. We distinguish clients scoring 10 on any 15 dimensions as excellent and inspiring CRM best practices.

Bensons for Beds operates an advanced CRM organization, that can serve as a role model to many retailers. Overall, Bensons for Beds scores very highly on the CRM Power Scoring scale and is in the safe territory between 5 and 8. We say that every company should be in this territory. To add, scoring a 1 on a scale 10 isn’t a setback; instead, it should be viewed as motivation, highlighting the potential for growth and revenue expansion. We have seen no company score above 8 across all the 15 dimensions. It is usually the individual dimensions where companies excel. And we have witnessed above-average work with customer data, reaching a 9 score overall.
Bensons for Beds achieved an extraordinary score of 10 in 360º CRM Data Integration dimension for building perfect and clean customer profiles by integrating online and in-store data at maximum level, transactional communication, very well maintained frontend tracking, integrating across software, and even creating data points specific to their business. This work resulted in a very actionable data landscape.
