Recognizing Excellence: MandM Direct’s Remarkable CRM Achievement in Results Measurement
As we step into 2025, we’re proud to reflect on the incredible achievements of our clients in 2024. In 2024, we wanted to recognize the Best practice of the MandM Direct team for CRM Analytics and Results measurement with the CRM Medal of Excellence. Every year and over the years we observe CRM Best Practices structured in our Voxwise CRM Power Scoring framework. When we see excellent Best Practices, we want to recognize them.
CRM Power Score as a scoring framework
Over the years, we have developed a framework and scoring service that classifies CRM best practices into 15 CRM in-depth scores in 5 main pillars, which sum up to one overall score. We call this methodology Voxwise CRM Power Score. We believe that more important than great technology is how they use it. Comparing CRM tech with a “rocket”: the “rocket” will only lift off the ground if it has powerful “fuel”. We see CRM Best Practices as the powerful fuel to lift the CRM technologies off the ground. We constantly benchmark clients’ practices with our powerful CRM best practices library on a scale of 1 to 10. Almost no clients score 10 in any of the 15 CRM in-depth scores. We distinguish clients scoring 10 on any 15 dimensions as excellent and inspiring CRM best practices.
MandM Direct and their achievement
MandM Direct operates an advanced CRM organization, that can serve as a role model to many retailers. Overall, MandM Direct scores very highly on the CRM Power Scoring scale and is in the safe territory between 5 and 8. To add, Scoring a 1 on a scale of 10 isn’t a setback; instead, it should be viewed as motivation, highlighting the potential for growth and revenue expansion. We say that every company should be in this territory. We have seen no company score above 8 across all the 15 dimensions. It is usually the individual dimensions where companies excel. And we have witnessed above-average work with customer data, reaching a 9 score overall. Great work is done on customer segmentation and it almost never happens that we see the maximum score of 10. MandM Direct achieved an extraordinary score of 10 in the Analytics – Results Measurement CRM dimension for working on a sophisticated, practical attribution prediction model to track the effect of different CRM and marketing features on conversion. Many companies talk about regression-based marketing prediction models, but only a few venture into creating them and actioning them. For this, we would like to distinguish this powerful practice and extraordinary work with the CRM Medal of Excellence.
